Trep Studio is a radically collaborative effort between Trep Studio students, community, and the educator & design team of Regan Drew & John Marshall.  How might we create a new product or technology that makes a positive impact in our community?  How might we communicate the power of that change?  How might we build skill capacity to be changeMAKERS?

Students form design teams to tackle real world problems and generate real impact with their entrepreneurial ventures and power of storytelling.  Below is a showcase of some design ventures from this 2016-17 school year, led by the "How Might We" question that teams have established to guide their design thinking work this year. VIDEOS - STORYTELLING

The first is a video, created by our friend Phillip - a collaborator from Brightworks School.  The "cameo" demonstrates the big picture of what learning and work looks like at Riverpoint Academy.  We were fortunate to spend 2 days at Brightworks in October.  Brightworks also spent 2 days at Riverpoint Academy in February.  It is a beautiful collaboration that will continue to grow.

Also provided are final pitch videos for ventures started in TrepStudio, aimed at addressing and local community problem.  You will see that these teams identified a real world problem, used real world tools to design a solution, and been changeMAKERS for real people.
